$1,000 Sign-On Bonus Job Coach / Supported Employment Specialist $22$23/hr Monroe County, PA
Abound Health is seeking a motivated and supportive Job Coach / Supported Employment Specialist to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) in achieving success in competitive, community-based employment. This part-time role is ideal for someone who is patient, encouraging, and passionate about helping others build independence through meaningful work.

Part-Time (flexible hours based on client needs)
Pay Rate: $22$23/hr (based on certification)
Service Area: Monroe County & surrounding communities
Certifications: ACRE or CESP preferred, but not required
Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 for qualified candidates
As a Job Coach / Supported Employment Specialist, you will work directly with individuals seeking employment or currently employed in the community. You will provide on-the-job coaching, skill-building, workplace communication support, and employer collaboration to help individuals succeed in their roles.
This position is community-based, with work occurring at job sites, in the community, and occasionally in the home for job-readiness activities.
Provide on-the-job coaching and workplace skill development
Support individuals in learning job tasks, routines, and expectations
Assist with job readiness activities (applications, interviews, resumes)
Communicate with employers to ensure workplace success
Promote independence, confidence, and self-advocacy
Document progress, goals, and service notes accurately and on time
Help individuals build soft skills such as communication, time management, and problem-solving
Maintain a professional, person-centered approach
At least 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid drivers license & active auto insurance
Ability to pass background and registry checks
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in community settings
Reliable transportation
ACRE or CESP certification preferred, but not required (training opportunities available)
$22$23/hr based on certification
$1,000 Sign-On Bonus (paid in installments)

$333 after 90 days (20+ hours/week)
$333 after 6 months (20+ hours/week)

Not available for RAP or Residential Services hires
Must not have worked for Abound Health or affiliates within the last 18 months
