Star Pediatrics by Abound Health is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the recruitment of top-tier talent, with a strong focus on high-volume nurse recruitment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your creative sourcing expertise and marketing insights to attract exceptional candidates who are passionate about pediatric care and to further elevate the Star Pediatrics employer brand. This role is remote working East Coast hours.

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary range for this role is $65,000-$80,000 based on experience
Base pay is determined by factors such as work location, experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. In addition to base pay, total compensation may include various other forms of pay. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive health, dental, and wellness benefits, which begin on your 60th day of employment.
